About the Integration
The Firm Directory partners with NetDocuments to combine NetDocuments’ document management capabilities with the simplicity and power of The Firm Directory’s leading experience discovery and secure social collaboration platform, giving end users a centralized place to connect, collaborate on matters, and use and share resources.
Using The Firm Directory’s award-winning secure social collaboration platform in combination with NetDocuments’ matter workspace enables law firms to share matter-specific knowledge in secure collaboration spaces and creates a more integrated view of matters including all files, tacit knowledge and communications.
Matter-Level Collaboration Groups
Combining The Firm Directory and NetDocuments’ capabilities can simplify and accelerate the matter workspace collaboration process.
Your firm can create matter-level collaboration groups where all files, conversations, and thread of knowledge are stored. Your team has quick access to information, including files not stored in NetDocs. Control access to the group and share team information with The Firm Directory features such as tagging.
NetDocs Files Available on The Firm Directory
Your firm's current matter workspace, including folders and files, is now linked and available in real-time on The Firm Directory. Attorneys and staff can use existing NetDocuments tools for any files, such as view, edit, or upload, directly within The Firm Directory and see the changes instantly on both platforms.
Users can continue to collaborate on The Firm Directory as they currently do, but they can now work from their NetDocuments matter workspace directly on our collaboration tool.

Simplify and Accelerate the Matter Workspace Collaboration Process
The Firm Directory, the only legal-specific directory with secure social collaboration built in, now allows firms to easily collaborate and share information around sensitive clients or matters while maintaining complete confidentiality.
Features like Groups, Matters, Questions, Tagging and Polls enable practice communities to collaborate and create repositories of historical information that can be accessed by future team members.
"Integrating The Firm Directory with NetDocuments provides significant productivity gains for mutual clients, enhancing their user experience and providing vital document access right from within the application."
- Ian Kujawa, Director of Partnerships, NetDocuments
